UPDATE
A lot has changed in very little time in the construction industry! With the recent Stay-At-Home Order, we were quite limited to which jobs we were able to deliver. Luckily, we had multiple jobs previously lined up and kept busy during the lockdown.
As of March 9, 2021, we are able to book new jobs and go out to estimates, again. We are extremely excited to service the community. With Spring slowly approaching, one of our busiest times of the year, we are prepared to deliver quality painting to anyone who needs it. It is the perfect time to get exterior painting done, due to the weather becoming increasingly warmer just in time for Summer.
AN OVERVIEW
First, let us walk you through the past couple of months, and see what we’ve been up to.
Late January 2021: This job was a Development in Oshawa, where one our repeat customers had requested us to repaint the full interior. He had purchased it, renovated and planned to resell at an increased value. We promptly delivered the job, to allow for him to list it as soon as possible.
With homes like this, where we plan to paint all walls, ceilings, trims, etc., spray painting is a great option. It allows for great speed and efficiency, while keeping everything clean and even. Our client was very happy with us, and continued to book two more jobs. We are currently in the middle of his next Flip!
This kitchen was beautiful, but didn’t match the new owners’ style. They had recently purchased the home and decided they wanted to ditch the deep brown cabinets and modernize it, while maintaining the original layout and style.
This was easily achieved, by repainting the cabinets and island. With the new cream backdrop and strong chocolate island, the owners felt more at home. We were able to complete this job in under three days by using spray painting, once again. The application of spray painting, especially with surfaces like this, cannot be beat. There are no drips, uneven paint coats or strokes at all, and can be done in half the time.
This condo was going to be listed on MLS the same week the Realtor inquired for painting. We made sure to get the consultation done and get on the job as quick as possible. Two days later, the 2 bed 2 bath condo was fully repainted.
When originally looked at, the walls were fine and minimal work needed to be done. But, using a painter’s detailed eye, we noticed scuffs, damage and lots of wear. In order to get the price the Realtor and homeowner wanted, we needed to ensure it looked brand new. That is exactly what we did and we expect it to sell very soon. These clients are extremely happy, and have used us for years and years on several projects. We look forward to working with them again.
WHAT NOW?
